STRICT STANDARDS

We conform to all EPA standards.  We are devoted to keeping a clean and safe work environment and do our part to keep the environment safe.  All Marvelous Martin & Son Auto Detailing employees are carefully screened and undergo a stringent security background check by a private security firm.  We have implemented a zero tolerance policy for any infractions of our set standards for honesty, ethics and dependability.  We are in compliance with all applicable federal and state laws for our industry, including the Americans with Disabilities Act, Senate Bill on Safety SB 198, EEOC and OSHA.

INSURANCE

Our insurance coverage meets or exceeds the building management requirements, for authorized vendors, at each of our locations.    

TRAINING

All Marvelous Martin & Son Auto Detailing employees are professionally uniformed and have completed our extensive training program which exceeds the industry standard.  Our Human Resources department carefully screens all employees, full background checks are completed and past employment history's are verified.  Only the most tenured employees are assigned for pick up and delivery of vehicles and have been trained and tested in the operation of both standard and automatic transmission vehicles.  Our training program consists of live and video instruction with subsequent written tests as well as a classroom orientation, conducted by experienced professionals in the auto detailing industry.  We also require periodic continuing education training and testing on new methods and products for our industry.  Our training also includes a focus on customer service skills and professionalism.  Every year Marvelous Martin and Son Auto Detailing send its management team to learn the latest techniques at the World Car Care Expo.  This effort ensures that we maintain the highest quality of service and knowledge of the newest techniques and products, for our clients.

MANAGEMENT

Our Ownership, Management, and staff are dedicated to providing consistent professional auto detailing services while adhering to strict ethical standards.  The Marvelous Martin & Son Auto Detailing management team have more than 20 years combined in management experience. 

RELIABLE

Every day we have a Manager on site, for our clients' convenience, to ensure that the quality and excellence that is expected from our clients is provided.  Customer service and building long lasting client relationships is one of the primary objectives for Marvelous Martin & Son Auto Detailing.  We have implemented an automated call and e-mailing system, which automatically forwards e-mails and calls directly to management to ensure quick responses to all client questions, comments, concerns and compliments.  We want to know your needs for your vehicle, the intricacies of your vehicle and your expectations for your vehicle just as your physician, stylist or dentist knows the same for you.
